So what should I do to follow up my customers as quickly as you can?

Self confidence is the most important thing when you make phone calls. Some peoples will pay attention to you if you doing this. You must have a self confidence to attract your clients, so that they will treat you as an important person.

Warner Music Executive Payments

"In human life, art may arise from almost any activity, and once it does so, it is launched on a long road of exploration, invention, freedom to the limits of extravagance, interference to the point of frustration, finally discipline, controlling constant change and growth." Susanne Langer (1895-1985)
Commentary
In these times of major record label mergers, downsizing, the slashing of label rosters, and thousands of record company jobs being lost over the last three yearsnot to mention the enormous sea change and seismic shifts that technology has wroughtcomes one of the most disturbing reports we have come across. It further reveals just how profoundly out-of-touch certain companies TRULY are when addressing the problems within their own record divisions. The Financial Times reported 'Warner Music, paid its top five executives more than $21m in salary and bonuses following last year's $2.6bn acquisition of the US music group by a private equity consortium.' The article continues that of the top management, Edgar Bronfman Jr, the Chairman who led last year's buy-out, received a $1M salary and $5.25M bonus. Lyor Cohen, head of the US recorded music business, received $1M and $5.24M in salary and bonus, respectively. Paul Rene Albertini, head of Warner's international operations, was paid $1.25M in salary and a $3.15M bonus. Departing Warner/Chappell CEO, Les Bider, received a $2.44M total payment. These payouts include further guaranteed bonuses or change of control payments. According to documents filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, last year's total executive remuneration was more than three times higher than Warner Music's $7M operating income for the 10 months to September 30th. The management payments reflect Warner's success in cutting costs following last year's sale of the Music Group by Time Warner. The company expects to deliver $250M of annualized savings by May this year, achieved mainly through 1,600 job losses.

Divorce -Is It Lawful?
Submitted Sunday, March 18, 2007 / Views 56 / Comment (0)
The question of divorce and its lawfulness is of long standing. The law-makers of our day have tried to answer the question. In many countries of the world it is said, "Yes, divorce is lawful." Yet after the government has granted permission and many have obtained divorce by suits at law, the question still remains, Is divorce lawful?
In Mark 10:2-12 this question was put to Jesus, "Is it lawful for a man to put away his wife?" The Pharisees brought the question in an atmosphere of test, but it reveals an attitude of conscience that prevailed. Is divorce all right, or is there something about it that may not be right? The Pharisees tried to build a case against Jesus. At the same time they revealed a consciousness that divorce is wrong. The principles of right instilled in man by God are not easily set aside. Not only in divorce is this true but also in other areas of life. Consider, for example, the taking of human life. To take the life of another person is instinctively recognized as being against the law of God. So it is with divorce. The instinct of fidelity in one man and one woman brings the question, Is it lawful for a man to put away his wife?

Let Her Be Covered Part Two
Submitted Sunday, March 18, 2007 / Views 84 / Comment (0)
The framework for the message this morning will consist of a series of questions revolving around this command: "Let her be covered."
The first of these questions is: "To whom is this command addressed?"
Now that's a very simple question. In your opinion, perhaps, it's too elementary to even raise. Your answer might be, "Why, it's addressed, of course, to the Corinthians!" and that's right. They were the initial recipients of it. Does that mean, then, that it was exclusively for them? Does that mean that what was enjoined upon them is not binding upon us? Have the teachings of the epistles been generally understood in that way? Among Christian people, is the Bible usually viewed as "out of date"? No! The Bible has been studied and applied because it is believed to be relevant for today.
If 1 Corinthians was intended only for the Corinthians, then we might as well close our doors and go out of business. A very few would take so radical a stand as that. The continued observance of the communion ordinance is evidence of the widespread conviction that not the Corinthians only, but we, too, are being addressed in this epistle. But, as was pointed out earlier, it's unfortunate that, in that larger group, there are those who, at certain points, draw back from that position in order to escape the reproach of Christ. And so you have this practice of teaching one part of the chapter, but not the part of the chapter that might make you unpopular.

How to Negotiate Rates with a Freelance Copywriting Expert
Submitted Sunday, March 18, 2007 / Views 74 / Comment (0)
Lots of people who seek out my copywriting services are concerned about money. Rightfully so. I'm a small business owner too, and I know what it is to have that do-it-yourself mindset. (It's exhausting!) But entrepreneurs like you and I often overlook the very reason to contract a job out in the first place. Which is: the terms of the contract and the amount of money spent are totally controlled by you!
The contracted project affords a win-win situation. This is not You vs. a Corporation; this is just an individual with a need, and a single service provider who can answer that need. Who wouldn't jump at the chance to negotiate a terrific deal on a job that's done to their exact specifications?
My guess is, the biggest reason people shy away from contracted jobs is the same reason people don't do a lot of things: Fear of the Unfamiliar. Allow me to familiarize you with the ways of the freelance writing world. Here's how to curb copywriting costs while getting the most bang for your buck!
